Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jilix4 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using jilix4 is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilix4 reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) jilix4 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilix4 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You must notify jilix4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilix4 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.1 Verification Requirement. jilix4 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request, which may include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, or other PAGCOR-accepted identification.
3.2 Proof of Payment Method. jilix4 may request proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number) to prevent fraud and money laundering.
3.3 Verification Delays. jilix4 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. jilix4 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent documentation submitted by the user.
3.4 Right to Refuse. jilix4 reserves the right to refuse verification and suspend or close an account if submitted documents are determined to be fraudulent, altered, or insufficient to establish identity to the required standard.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilix4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine debit cards. jilix4 does not accept credit card deposits for gaming accounts, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. jilix4 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. jilix4 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Funds deposited into your jilix4 Account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed, unless jilix4 expressly waives this requirement in writing. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the jilix4 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilix4 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jilix4 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available to eligible users only and may be subject to geographic, time, or game-specific restrictions. jilix4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Random Number Generators. All jilix4 games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness and statistical integrity. The results of each game round are independent of previous rounds.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, jilix4's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted round, and jilix4's determination shall be final.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, jilix4 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's account. jilix4 is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jilix4 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilix4 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Limited License. jilix4 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10.1 No Warranty. The jilix4 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilix4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilix4's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilix4 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Excluded Losses. jilix4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jilix4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Force Majeure. jilix4 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 By jilix4. jilix4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately earned funds (i.e., funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.
11.3 By You. You may close your jilix4 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and earned funds will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilix4 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
12.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe jilix4 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official channels. jilix4 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
13.1 Right to Amend. jilix4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilix4 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jilix4 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.3.
13.3 Version History. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. jilix4 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
